3. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are the age of majority and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
4. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
5. Products and Prices
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Taxes (IGIC, not EU VAT): The Canary Islands are not part of the EU VAT area. Instead of EU VAT, the IGIC (Impuesto General Indirecto Canario / Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) applies. All prices include applicable IGIC. We ship only within the Canary Islands.
6. Payment — Advance Payment Only
We accept advance payment (prepayment) only. Specifically, we offer the following payment method:
- Advance payment by bank transfer on the basis of a proforma invoice (Factura Proforma) issued by us.
After you place your order, we will send you a proforma invoice showing the total amount and our bank details. The order is processed on a binding basis once the full invoice amount has been received in our account. We reserve the ordered goods for 7 calendar days from the date of the proforma invoice. If the amount is not received within that period, the order may be cancelled.
Once payment is received, we will issue the final invoice (Factura).
Other payment methods: We do not offer credit card, PayPal, instalment payments, cash on delivery or similar in our own store. If you would like a different payment method, you can purchase our products from one of our authorized dealers. Please contact us at info@100arboles.com for an overview or an introduction.
7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
8. Shipping and Delivery

The delivery time begins upon receipt of full payment (advance payment).
Transfer of risk. For sales to consumers, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you only when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, have acquired physical possession of the goods. If you arrange a carrier yourself that is not among those proposed by us, the risk passes upon handover of the goods to that carrier. For sales to businesses (dealers), the risk passes upon handover of the goods to the carrier or freight forwarder.
9. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
10. Warranty / Guarantee
For consumers, the statutory warranty rights under Spanish and EU law apply. In Spain, since 2022 the statutory warranty period for new goods is three (3) years from delivery. In addition, manufacturer guarantees may exist; details can be found in the respective product information.
11. Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Any use by you of the optional tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
